Event Details

Join us for the final First Friday Reception this December at the First Person Museum, a "museum of the people" showcasing the stories behind the objects that are meaningful in everyday people's lives.

Last month's First Friday was a blast!  So many people came out to celebrate the opening of the Museum, meet Museum contributors, and share stories.  And we're doing it all again in December!

Come see the exhibit, enjoy free food and beer, and contribute your story to the First Person Museum at our interactive station.

Don't miss this opportunity to see the pilot exhibition of First Person Museum at the Painted Bride Art Center before it all comes down December 18!  There will be a second exhibition of the First Person Museum at PIFA coming to The Kimmel Center April 7-May 1, 2011 featuring all new objects and stories.

Check out what The Temple News and City Paper had to say about the First Person Museum.

And if you can't make it out to First Friday, upload your story to our online gallery.
